General Elections

The i-MBA Alumni Association Board of Directors invites all registered members to take part in the Annual General Assembly - General Elections of the association on the 5th and 12th of March 2024 at 6:00p.m.  The General Assembly of the Association will take place online with the following agenda items:

1. Activity report of the Board of Directors for the year 2023
2. Audit committee report
3. Administrative account - budget
4. Elections
5. Miscellaneous announcements

You can declare your candidacy via email at imbaalumniassociation@gmail.com  Part of the official invitation text: ''If a quorum is not reached on 05/03/2024, the General Assembly will be held without another invitation on TUESDAY 12th of MARCH 2024 at 18:00, with the same agenda items, as provided in article 18 of the Statute.  Finally, we remind you that, under Article 11 of its current Statute, the Board of Directors of our Association, with a relevant decision taken during its meeting on April 11, 2023, set the annual membership fee for 2023 at €10.00  We warmly request the Ordinary Members, given article 32 of the Statute, according to which the Financial Year for the Association begins on the 1st of April and ends on the 31st of March, to provide for its timely payment, i.e. by the date of the General meeting at the latest Assembly, by paying the amount of €10.00 to the following bank account at
